The Cards of Christmas past

I keep every single Christmas card we get from friends, family, and neighbors.
It's fun to see these familiar families, and it's so fun to see kids
grow taller and some families get bigger and add more faces.
But it's really fun to see my little family's Christmas cards.
The changes, the smiles, our clothes, and our location.
We've been in Times Square in New York City, on front porches, under bridges,
lodges in the mountains, in a Christmas tree farm surrounded
by cookies and cupcakes, in backyards, and this year, down by the river.

We've taken family Christmas photos almost
every year of our family's existence.

So to continue the Christmas card tradition,
Jane and I put together our 2021 Christmas cards this evening.
It feels nice to get them off to all our loved ones.

AND: Christian's birthday helmet finally came
(after returning two different sizes).
And it fits great.
