Tonsils

Nicholas has the BIGGEST canker sore I have ever seen on his bottom lip.
I know genes play a significant role in this horrid plague,
but I chalk it all up to his tonsils
because they are always giant and painful.
Don't ask me how or why, but I know it's all related.
I had my tonsils out when I was in 6th grade,
and both of us have seen much happier days since, well, mostly.
(Besides that plane crash, but you know what I mean).

Nicholas is going to be seeing an Otolaryngologist at the end of the month to
begin the process of getting those babies taken out.
I think once that happens, his mouth trouble will decrease by 80%,
and I'm pretty sure about that number.
I roasted a delicious pan with eight different vegetables, served warm bread
with butter, and a selection of our favorite cheeses with apples for
dinner. Gigs attempted a few bites and then gave up in pain and frustration.
I hope this weekend will heal his little lips.

Happy Weekend!
Spiritual Enlightenment: Deceive Me Not
October 2019 Conference talks are up! Enjoy!
Look at this gorgeous fall photo of me and my girls in New Mexico
(with the boys in the background) exactly two years ago.
We miss the ranch!
