Today my Nana Aurora would be 105.
I think about her so much.
I am grateful for her resilience, courage, and soft feminine nature.
I hope I am maybe just a little bit like her;
for she truly was deeply amazing.
Nana raised three amazing women-one of which is my mother.
And mom is also truly deeply amazing.

Yesterday Mr. Nielson and I served in the Albuquerque temple.
It was beautiful, calming, peaceful, and safe.
Just what we needed when we needed it.
I always feel close to loved ones who have passed on when
I walk through the temple doors.
Life and death are so closely intertwined,
which confirms my belief that one day I will see Nana again-
and not just Nana but all the loved ones who have gone on before me.
Ancestors who have shaped my life, who I am, and who I can become.
Through sacrifice, endurance, hard work, and trials, they
have helped pave a future for me and my children,
which makes it possible for me to fully enjoy the blessings of
