Unfortunately, the gang has fallen sick. One by one, we are all experiencing aches, pains, soreness, and congestion.
It's terrible!
I had to take a two-hour nap after experiencing a pounding headache,
and Nicholas has already started taking antibiotics for a terrible sore throat,
Amy has a sore throat.
John is feeling achy, Jane is unwell, William is down,
Thomas and Harold are experiencing sore throats,
and Lottie has a runny nose and a sore throat.
(Fun tidbit: not only is Amy one of my dearest friends,
John and I are second cousins.)
But we pushed through the day, completing a gorgeous wheeler ride,
and the boys caught a gorgeous bullsnake (and let him go).
We also managed to make all three meals, kept everyone fed,
and tonight, we made it to the hill for a traditional ranch bonfire
(minus singing, for obvious reasons.)
We fell into bed exhausted and praying
for a healthier day tomorrow!
