from years past. Lottie points out all the cute boys and the
girls she likes, and the ones who are not nice, the best teachers,
and of course, the bad ones.
I think Umi could probably sit there for ten hours listening to Lottie
talk. Umi is so good like that.
She listens. She hears, and best of all, she laughs.
She laughs so hard sometimes you think you're a comedian.
It's a gift she gives, and it's been so nice to have her here.
Christian and I had to run a few errands, and we stopped to
get some boba. I'm still recovering from my last boba incident
(when I threw up an entire 24-ounce in the parking lot while pregnant),
so I opted out of the actual boba and stuck with a smoothie.
Later, we made dinner, built a cozy fire, and sat around snuggling Minnow.
Then we gave her a bath and put her in her pj's and Lottie
rocked her to sleep on the couch.
She has so many hands and arms that love her.
