Today was Cinco De Mayo- one of my favorite holidays to
celebrate mostly because I love making Mexican food.
This year, I miraculously whipped up a delicious Mexican dinner
and by the time we gathered around the table to enjoy it, it was 9:00pm
and we all felt like zombies.
I also made my famous Spiced Chocolate Cake, which
to be honest, it was the best part of my day.
Then I left the dishes on the counter and went to bed.
