Today I got a text from Gigs and it went like this:
Gigs: Mom, were you on Oprah?
Me: Sure was!
Gigs: Wow!!! That's really cool. What was that like?
Me: Seriously? Did you not know this?
Gigs: No.
Then I sent him this photo:
Gigs: Mom, this is kind of a big deal.
Me: Really? You think? ;)
Gigs: My whole English class is talking about Oprah right now.
Me: Did you tell your class that your mom went on her show?
Gigs: No.
Me: Why not?
Gigs: We're talking about something else now.
