Throwing our moldy Halloween pumpkins into the river from
the back of Christian's pick-up truck is a new Halloween tradition
that has found its way into the list of our MANY holiday traditions.
All the Nies (and Angus) sit in the back of the truck for the 2-mile drive to Chicken Bridge
where we quickly stop, chuck, and haul away.
Of course, we make a quick U-turn, drive-by slowly, and watch the pumpkins
float slowly and somberly down the Haw River.
