Goodbye July!
August means one thing: school begins.
We have a few weeks until the big day, but knowing we are in the
school month brings all sorts of feelings;
excitement, dread, and schedules!

The dog days of summer officially HIT:
Mr. Nielson and I speak to a group of youth and
pretty much share our undying love for each other:
The Jones family from Arizona spend 10 glorious days with
us at the beach!
We make another visit to the U.S.S North Carolina:
Angus grows dreads in his beard and we have to cut it off.
It's a sad day for all of us:
We discover and visit the "secret park" near The White House.
It becomes a regular hang out joint for me and Lottie:
