High Fit

My niece Morgan is a high fitness instructor in Utah.
Her level of energy is mind-blowing.
But today my girls and I introduced Chick and Lo to our workout Barre3,
and took an online zoom class with one of our favorite instructors, Hope.
Not only was Hope's Southern accent charming, but she had us gals in puddles on
our mats which felt so good, and being together was really fun.
After our class, we went to downtown Chapel Hill for lunch and run a few errands.
Tomorrow morning Lolee might lead us in a High Fit class (I'm already dead).
We were hoping to run the river tomorrow afternoon on Kyaks, but the water level
might be too low.  This is one of my favorite things to do in North Carolina,
and since this is our last weekend of summer break, I want to end on a fun note.
As sad as I am to start school, I'm really looking
forward to a family schedule again and to ditch our
"summer hours" (in bed by 11:00 instead of 2:00).
I'm really sad about how the 2020-2021 school year is shaping out to be.
Lottie is super sad about not being with her classmates in an actual school
but excited for mom's school and the cool personal whiteboard
I just bought her, so that's good.

Wish me luck this year!!)

Happy weekend!
