Wither thou goest

"God does notice us, and He watches over us.
But it is usually through another person that he meets our needs."
* * * * *
Today I received an e-mail from a woman in my neighborhood
who shared some of her feelings as she went through breast cancer.
In the e-mail, she attached a poem she wrote about her experiences.
It was beautiful, and I was a little emotional reading it.
I was touched when she mentioned her husband's goodness and loyalty
 to her and their marriage.
Then I reflected on my relationship with Christian and his loyalty
and love toward me, especially as I was going through some
very very difficult times after the accident.
He stood strong and immovable by my side, which then reminded me of
one of my favorite stories in the Bible is the story of Ruth.
Ruth became a widow at a very young age and then took
 on the huge responsibility of
taking care of her mother-in-law, and was fearlessly loyal and devoted to her.
I love when Ruth says:
"For wither thou goest, I will go; and where thou lodgest, I will lodge."

My heart sometimes feels achy when I think about moving,
It's so bittersweet, but
I know it's the right thing for our family, and both Christian and I have
had strong spiritual confirmations that this is right!
And wherever Christian goest, I goest- even to Bluewater, New Mexico.
