Last week was the worst.
Thank goodness for Christian- my Mr. Nielson.
He cheers me on, champions me, and supports me in everything.
He has kind eyes and a compassionate heart.
He helps me talk through my issues and concerns
with an honest heart and clear mind.
He is affectionate and respects me and my body.
Together we have created a beautiful family
that we are trying to raise in the way of the Lord.
We pray together, make decisions together,
and just last week, we fasted twice together.
We rely heavily on each other and in every aspect of our lives together.
Our marriage is clean and pure, and I am proud of it.
We have been through a lot together, struggled together, rejoiced together, and
for heaven's sake, we almost died together.
"HUSBAND AND WIFE have a solemn responsibility
to love and care for each other and for their children.
Fathers are to preside over their families in love and righteousness
and are responsible to provide the necessities of life and protection for their families.
Mothers are primarily responsible for the nurture of their children.
In these sacred responsibilities, fathers and mothers
are obligated to help one another as equal partners".
Those words have blessed our lives, our family, and our marriage.
