We celebrated Cinco de Mayo last week, I learned that it is not widely celebrated in Mexico
and is not even a national holiday.
Personally, I am a big fan of Mariachi bands, Mexican cuisine,
and traditional Mexican dresses, so bring it on!
It also turns out that Cinco de Mayo provides us with a wonderful excuse
to indulge in a few tacos, savor some non-alcoholic sangria,
and don our finest fiesta dresses and blouses.
