A Sprinkled Doughnut on a Monday.

Mondays around Fox Hill mean we get back into the grind.
It means we wake up early, go to bed on time, homework,
schedules, Family Home Evening, and it means I do the wash from the weekend.
Since Christmas is around the corner,
today's Monday will mean finishing up last minute
Christmas projects, and shopping runs.
(I really really don't want to wait last minute).
Monday's also mean grocrey shopping.
Charlotte and I will venture out on the town and to the store.
At first when Lottie started shopping with me just
going to the store sounded exciting to her.
Then she decided that going to the store was very inconvenient and
interfered with playing at home, and it also meant she'd have to get dressed.
So I agreed she could wear her PJ's and play with my phone
as we walked up and down the isle.
That wore out quickly, and now I have to bribe her
by telling her she can wear her PJ's, play with my phone
and get a sprinkled chocolate doughnut.
So far, so good.

Happy Monday to you.

Luke 2:8

And there were in the same country shepherds abiding in the field,
keeping watch over their flock by night.
