Today started super early because Christian left to go to the ocean
fishing with his buddy, JimDB, about four hours away.
I was so happy he talked Christian into going; he needs a little break SO badly.
He goes nonstop, and a little distraction was just what he needed.
Except the fish they expected to catch were not around.
Instead, these ugly-looking fellas were:
But they still had a good time.
So, per usual, Minnie and I woke up and walked over to see how
the ladies were doing, and if anyone was in heat.
No one yet, though I was pretty sure #26's sticker is getting
pinker. I think it will be any day now.
Later, Minnie and I picked up Lottie from school and
we drove to Target to check out the Halloween stuff, and get
a few weekend groceries.
And, let's be honest, Target has delicious popcorn and frozen Cokes.
(Did you know I lived on Frokes while I was pregnant with Minnie?)
Lottie bought herself a weighted stuffy.
If that is what she wants to spend her money on,
go for it, kid!
Then, I dropped Lottie off at the high school football game
on the way home.
It was a pretty typical Friday evening.
