The Floaters

Today some of us floated the Haw River.

While some of us stayed back since it's not quite our

season to float the river. (Me & Minnie).

And one of us had to work. (Claire).

It was a gorgeous day for floating and ended with a downpour.

Minnie and I enjoyed sitting on the porch to listen to the rain

and thunder and playing with the new kittens, Otis and Odie.

Later in the evening, we picked up the floaters and got 

Boba for everyone.

Unfortunately, I threw Boba up a few too many times while pregnant,

so I go for cotton candy Italian Ice.

These days are going by so fast!!  

I just want everything to slow down!!
