Tonight I went to the studio with Minnie.
Christian and Jane had been there literally ALL DAY
so Lottie and I packed up Minnow and met them for dinner.
I caught Christian whispering to Minnie tonight while she rested
in his strong, safe arms, zipped up in her vest.
"I love you so much, I will always keep you close to me."
Christian is such an amazing dad.
He's been so adorable with Minnie.
OUR BABY, whom we are still in shock that we created this late in the game.
Watching him whisper those reassuring words to her reminded me of
our Heavenly Father, who with the same soft and tender whisper says
the same things to us, His children.
He reassures me that I am enough and enough for Minnie,
and my other five beautiful children even though some days
my body tells me otherwise.
He trusts me, He believes in me and on the days
I feel weak and inadequate, I feel His whispering to me and
lovingly telling me that I am loved and safe and warm
within His arms.
