Hot Dog Toes

 
For our big Friday night date, Christian put together baby girl's crib.

It is called the 'Hygge Crib'.  Isn't that perfect?!

He also put together the bassinet that goes in my room and our cozy rocking chair.  

He also hung a few pictures on the wall while I sat down and directed him.  

My toes look like overly cooked hot dogs.
I went to bed feeling even more ready now that the nursery is mostly put together.

Tomorrow, I will put on the crib bedding, hang her little clothes

 on the wooden hangers in the closet, and fold the clothes 

to put away in the dresser.

I used to love nighttime because I'd fall asleep and not feel nauseous

for a few hours, but now I'm not sleeping, and so I feel nauseous

and exhausted and grouchy.

And I wear the same PJ bottoms I've been wearing

 MY ENTIRE PREGNANCY!

And all this with hot dog toes.
