On top of the b3 studio, I am also prepping for Claire's wedding.
Right now, we are picking out her colors and announcements.
Claire's vision for her wedding is a very traditional one.
She wants it to be very small and intimate. (My kind of wedding!).
As we were wording her announcement along with invitations for
the sealing ceremony and the family dinner the night before,
I couldn't remember how to word something, and
as a reference, I pulled up my invitations 25 years ago,
along with our studio engagement photos.
I found one of me and Christian almost identical to a photo
of Claire and Nate that Justin had taken in his studio last month.
That was a cute surprise!
I also searched Emily Post for help, tips, and ideas.
Emily was a HUGE help when I planned my own wedding.
Thank you, Emily! (RIP)
Claire and I have a standing Google Meet each Sunday.
We can easily talk for two hours about everything, and I look forward to
these chats each week. I hate being so far away from her as
we discuss her wedding day on July 5th.
But we have a pretty good system, and I am grateful for the modern conveniences
that allow us to plan together.
