Easter just wasn't the same without my table full of children.
Whether you're missing one child or three(!!!), it's noticeable
and not as fun, might I add. (We didn't even stay and eat in our Sunday best).
But the four of us made it as lovely as we could, besides, it's all about
Jesus and honoring and worshiping Him as the Savior of the world!
And we did just that!
I made:
Herb and Feta baked Salmon
Radish and Cucumber salad
Rolls
Cheesy Easter Potatoes
Grilled Asparagus and rainbow Carrots
with
Strawberry Lemonade Mengurine Pie
for dessert.
My favorite Easter scripture is in The Book of Mormon
in the book of Alma.
Because of Jesus's death and Resurrection,
"The spirit and the body shall be reunited again in its perfect form;
both limb and joint shall be restored to its proper frame,
even as we now are at this time;..."
Those aren't just words, that's a reality for those
I love; my children, my family, my friends, for you, and for me!
I love the Savior. I'm grateful for
His promises, His grace, His peace, and His love for me.
