Dinner at the stand

For dinner tonight, we went to a fantastic 

little fruit stand on the side of the road. 

 Here in North Carolina, it's time for fresh tomatoes, peaches, melons,

 and, best of all, strawberries!

We also got fresh corn on a stick with hot butter and spices.
Us vegetarian Nielsons LOVE this kind of dinner.  
Then we each ordered a delicious Muscadine grape slush.

Yay for summer!

Later, thunderstorm clouds popped in and dumped rain all night long.

It was in heaven!
