Reachel helping herself to a healthy scoop of Vanilla bean
ice cream to top the hot Mexican Chocolate cake!

Notice Claire's hand on her bottle.
It NEVER left her sight- she was so excited to claim that
root beer as her very own.

Mexican Chocolate Cake:

3 cups flour
2 cups sugar

2 tsp Mexican vanilla
2 tsp vinegar
2 cups cold water

Mix well. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes
