We create and make gingerbread cookies and men once a year.
It just has to happen.
Just like you have to carve a pumpkin at Halloween, eat a hard-boiled egg at Easter, let off one firecracker on 4th of July, have a spoon full of surprise Jell-o at Thanksgiving, Smooch someone at New Years, Pinch someone at St. Paddy's Day, and make a Valentine,
you have to make a gingerbread house, and frost a gingerbread man.
Loads of treats to decorate with, gobs and gobs of fluffy white frosting.
And be sure and do it right after church when the kids still have their Sunday best on.
