The Book of Mormon Project

I have had quite a few questions from you about the Book of Mormon
project I am actively working on.

Here are a few of your questions, answered:

Q. Who gets a book?
A. If you have been interested in the Book of Mormon, or the Mormon faith and beliefs, you are welcome to request a book.  If you are already a Mormon, you are welcome to request a book for your friends and family who may not be Mormon.  It will be a cherished gift of faith in Jesus Christ.

Q. Why are you doing this?
A. Because I love Jesus and the Book of Mormon and I want to share it.  The gospel of Jesus Christ has blessed my life in so many ways and in so many different times in my life.  It's effect on me has influenced me as a mother and wife.  It has given me hope and peace, and has helped me put life's hardships into perspective.
"All of you know that members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints are reminded and encouraged continually to share the gospel with others. The Church is always looking for the most effective ways to declare its message."
M. Russell Ballard

Q. How do I request a book?
A. HERE

Q. Why are the Mormon missionaries helping you?
A. Because this book is a gift from me to you, I want to send it with all the bells and whistles I can, and that takes man-power.  I need their help.
Inside The Book of Mormon I add my personal testimony of Jesus Christ.  Although my testimony is printed inside, I personally write your name and sign each copy.  Also inside, is contact information for your local Mormon missionaries, so when (hopefully) you are ready to know more, you can invite them for a discussion.

Q. Does the Book of Mormon come in other languages?
A. The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is a global church.  The Book of Mormon is available in over 40 different languages, and I can get most of them.  I understand the need to read this important message in your own native tongue, especially if Christianity is new for you.

Also: This "Book of Mormon Project" isn't officially directed by
The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (Mormon) ...it's just me...with the help of my loving friends and neighbors and the local Mormon missionaries.

**Maybe one of these days, I'll tell you the story about when I hand-delivered
a Book of Mormon to Bill O'Reilly.

I wrote another guest post of the Mormon Channel abut family scripture study
We intend to continue reading the Book of Mormon every day until each
of our children are out of our home. Hopefully our decisions and habits
will carry over to their families, and Christian and I will read it together
every day until we die. We will always need the blessings that come
with faithful reading, no matter how old we are.
