Ann cooks

A few weeks ago, I met with Ann Romney to discuss the new cookbook she created:
"The Romney Family Table: Sharing Home-Cooked Recipes & Favorite Traditions"
Ann gathered her personal family recipes and compiled
them together in this beautiful book.
Her grandchildren and my children played together as we
chatted on the couch a few Saturday's ago.
As I talked to Ann, I felt so validated when she described to me her life
as a young mother, but also her love for motherhood.
We talked about her cooking-specifically about the joys
(and challenges) of feeding 5 boys.
Ann's cookbook is filled with easy to make delicious recipes along with
beautiful and interesting photos of her family
enjoying good food and traditions together.

Ann is a such a beautiful woman.
I feel honored to know her.
She is a fantastic gentle mother and wife.
She is a survivor.
Ann is also so very generous.
All proceeds from Ann's cookbook will go to
the Center for Neurologic Diseases at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston.

Check out Ann on Jay Leno making Mitt's favorite meat loaf.
I thought she nailed it.

You can get Ann's book HERE
I also made the delicious lemon cake for Nicholas' birthday party.
We snarfed it down.
