{Welcome loads of laundry}

It is Friday!
I am so glad!
My family all returned safe and sound from our travels all over the west-
(and mid-west for me) for my book tour.
I have met some of the nicest people along the way.
Very genuine and sweet. Thank you so much.

It is soooo nice to be back, back to my own bed
with my nice sheets and the mountains out my windows.
I am excited to cook my own food again and take each day slow and steady.

First thing I did when I got home was take all of Lottie's
clothes and diaper off and let her kick around on my bed until
she got hungry and then I bathed her, wrapped her up, and nursed her.
No rush or trying to conceal breast-feeding.
It was bliss.

The wonderful people at the Maricopa Medical Center sent me
this touching and inspiring video {see below}
about an amazing burn survivor and thriver,
Jason Schechterle and the burn center where I was taken care of.
This man is the MAN.
Jason is amazing, and his wife is absolutely beautiful and so dear.
I am so honored to know these people.

I have such bittersweet feelings when I watch this video.
I know most of those wonderful people- the doctors, nurses and PT's.
They worked on me too.
They were so tender and they helped put me back together again-
physically, emotionally, and mentally.
Thank you so much!

{That cute Dr. Foster, don't you love his sweet buzz!}

Have a great weekend...I know I will!
